Charles "Don" Donovan Fairbanks, beloved husband of Nancy "Pat" Fairbanks.  They owned and operated Cardinal Air Training at Lunken Airport and Cardinal Helicopter Training at Clermont County Airport.  He passed away September 25, 2017.

Born December 17, 1923 in Toledo, Ohio, he was the son of the late Harvey and Cloris (nee Nelson) Fairbanks.  He graduated from Anderson High School and entered into the United States Air Force. He was in World War II. He was honorably discharged with rank of Master Sergeant.
