**CHANGE OF SERVICE**** Charles Otis Clay Jr., age 72, passed away on Friday, February 2, 2018 in Cincinnati, Ohio. He was born July 30, 1945, in St. Louis, Missouri. Visitation is from 10:00 am until 11:00 am, on Saturday, February 10, 2018, at the FIRST BAPTIST CHURCH OF HAZELWOOD, 11085 Centennial Drive, Cincinnati (45242-2903).
