Charles Bell, Sr. age 84, passed away on Friday, October 21, 2016 in Colerain Twnship, Ohio. He was born January 12, 1932, in Hubert, Alabama. Visitation is from 10:00 am until 11:00 am, on Friday, November 4, 2016, at the Walker- Walnut Hills Chapel, 1025 E. McMillan Street , Cincinnati (45206). The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Vine Street Hill Cemetery.
