Chandri M. Collins, age 63, of Cincinnati, Ohio, passed away on Sunday, December 5, 2021, in Cincinnati,  Ohio.  She was born  October 1, 1958, in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Visitation is from 2:00 pm until 3:30 pm, on  Sunday, December 19, 2021, at the New Prospect Baptist Church, 1580 Summit Road, Cincinnati  (45237).   The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 3:30 pm.

In keeping with CDC Covid19 Guidelines, we encourage those who are not fully vaccinated to wear a mask and practice social distancing.
