Cecil Hubbard, age 75, passed away Saturday, December 31, 2016, in Mt. Healthy, Ohio. He was born November 2, 1941, in Manchester Center, Kentucky. Family Gathering is from 1:30 pm until 2:00 pm, on January 5 2017, at the Walker-Mt. Healthy Chapel. The Memorial Service will immediately follow beginning at 2:00 pm.
