Cassandra D Howell, age 49, passed away on Monday, April 1, 2019, in Cincinnati,  Ohio.   She was born  February 8, 1970, in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Visitation is from 11:00 am until 12:00 pm, on  Saturday, April 13, 2019, at the Second Baptist Church -  West College Hill, 6225 Betts Avenue, Cincinnati  (45224).   The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 12:00 pm.
