Obituary

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved Mother, Sister, and Aunt, Casamarie Howard who left us on October 17, at the age of 66. Casamarie Howard was born on January 2, 1958, in Cincinnati, Ohio to her parents,  Juanita Stuckey and Roosevelt Howard,  and from the beginning, she always brought love, and a hard work ethic to everyone around her.

She was known for her strength, hard work, and generosity to her closest sister circle with Jackie, Pam, Nannette, Betty, Ester, and Kim. This group of women kept her grounded. She was consistent with her faith, and her loyalty to family.

She was a dedicated member of Word of Deliverance under the senior leadership of Bishop Bobby and Pastor Valda Hilton.  Casamarie served as an Usher, volunteered with S.O.A.R. Development Corp, and at Matthew 25 Ministries. She touched countless lives through her service.

Casamarie also had a special gift of sewing clothes. She would always provide assistance and service to anyone who was in need. She was a caregiver, a foster parent with Hamilton County, and was also a lifeguard. She would hold support meetings for residents in her community to have fellowship.

Casamarie really enjoyed working in the construction field, anything that seems challenging she will be there to fix it.

She will be remembered most for her dedication to her family, her children, Chanita and Lewis, and for saying it how it is. That was not an option for her unwavering love.

Casamarie was preceded in death, by parents Roosevelt Howard "Father", Juanita "Mother", and Theodric Stuckey "Step-Father "; by brothers: Anthony Howard, Robert Howard, John Matthews, and Terry Stuckey.

She is survived by her children: daughter, Chanita Craig (Terry Bishop)  and son, Lewis Howard (Markita Howard); sisters: Deritha Howard Marshall, Tarsha Matthews, Jacquelyn Wilson, Crystal (Tamarco) McNeal, Adrian Stuckey, and Connie Howard-Oliver; brothers: Paul Matthews, Theodric Stuckey, Jr. (Val), Roosevelt Howard, Casa Stuckey (Josefina Stuckey), Michael Stuckey, Ross Stuckey, and Arsenio Stuckey; her last living aunt and uncle Ruth and Earnest Walker, and Emma Stuckey. She leaves to cherish her memories a host of nephews, nieces, cousins, and family members. Her memory will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
