Carrie L. Scott, age 66, passed away Monday, February 8, 2016, in Montgomery, Ohio. She was born April 23, 1949, in Opp, Alabama. Visitation is from 11:00 am until 12:00 pm, on Saturday, February 20, 2016 at the High Faith Ministries, 11331 Southland Blvd., Forest Park (45240).
