It is with profound sadness we announce the heavenly transition of Carrie Lee Ruffin-Brown, age 83, of Cincinnati, Ohio, who entered eternal rest on Saturday, May 10, 2025, in Cincinnati, Ohio. She was born on Wednesday, April 29, 1942, in Plantersville, Alabama.
