Carrie Dell Elliott, age 88, passed away on Tuesday, February 21, 2017 in Cincinnati, Ohio. She was born January 26, 1929, in Shorter, Alabama. Visitation is from 1:00 pm until 2:00 pm, on Saturday, March 4, 2017, at the James Temple Church of God In Christ, 1116 Lincoln Avenue, Cincinnati (45206).
