Carrie Anne Duncan-Woodard, age 76, passed away Wednesday, May 4, 2016, in Cincinnati, Ohio. She was born February 17, 1940, in Cincinnati, Ohio. Visitation is from 10:00 am until 11:00 am, on Saturday, May 14, 2016, at the Bethel African Methodist Episcopal Church, 700 Mulberry Street, Cincinnati (45215). The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 11:00 am.
