Carolyn  Mitchell, age 74, passed away on Wednesday, October 3, 2018, in Cincinnati,  Ohio.   She was born  September 13, 1944, in Covington, Kentucky.

Visitation is from 10:00 am until 11:30 am, on  Tuesday, October 9, 2018, at the United  Community Christian Church, 1710 Maryland Avenue, Covington, Kentucky  (41014).   The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 11:30 am.

Interment will follow at Mother of God Cemetery, 2701 Latonia Avenue, Covington, Kentucky 41015.
