Carolyn Ann Simpson, age 69, of Cincinnati, Ohio,  passed away on Thursday, February 3, 2022, in Mt. Healthy,  Ohio.   She was born  September 20, 1952, in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Visitation is from 10:00 am until 11:00 am, on  Wednesday, February 16, 2022, at the Walker Funeral Home - Mt. Healthy, 7272 Hamilton Avenue , Mt. Healthy  (45231).   The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 11:00 am.

In keeping with CDC Covid19 Guidelines, we encourage those who are not fully vaccinated to wear a mask and practice social distancing.
