It is with profound sadness that we announce the heavenly transition of Carolyn Lee Graham, age 77, of Cincinnati, Ohio, who entered eternal rest on Tuesday, April 28, 2026, in Cincinnati, Ohio. She was born on Thursday, May 27, 1948, in Cincinnati, Ohio.

She will be laid to rest at 12 noon, Wednesday,  May 27, 2026, at Baltimore Pike Cemetery.
