Carolyn Faye Bart, age 66, passed away on Monday, July 29, 2019 in Forest Park, Ohio. She was born April 12, 1953 in Delhi, Louisiana.
Visitation is from 10:00 am until 11:00 am on Monday, August 5, 2019 at the Walker Funeral Home - Walnut Hills Chapel, 2625 Gilbert Avenue, Cincinnati (45206). The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 11:00 am.
Interment will follow at Spring Grove Cemetery, 4521 Spring Grove Avenue, Cincinnati, Ohio 45232.
