It is with sadness we announce the transition of Carol Ann Washington, age 73, of Cincinnati, Ohio,  who entered eternal rest on Wednesday, May 3, 2023, in Mt. Healthy,  Ohio.   She was born on September 18, 1949, in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Visitation is from 2:00 pm until 3:00 pm, on  Friday, June 2, 2023, at the Walker Funeral Home - Mt. Healthy, 7272 Hamilton Avenue , Mt. Healthy  (45231).   The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 3:00 pm.
