Carol Jean Washington, age 72, of Cincinnati, Ohio,  passed away on Monday, September 27, 2021, in Cincinnati,  Ohio.   She was born  September 22, 1949, in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Visitation is from 3:00 pm until 4:00 pm, on  Friday, October 8, 2021, at the Walker Funeral Home, 2625 Gilbert Avenue, Cincinnati  (45206).   The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 4:00 pm.

In keeping with CDC Covid19 Guidelines, we encourage those who are not fully vaccinated to wear a mask and practice social distancing.
