Carol L. Bohman, of Independence, Kentucky, passed away on March 7. She was born on April 16, 1944, to Arthur Lovelace and Elizabeth Eilers. Carol was the loving wife of her beloved husband, Tex (William) Bohman. They were married on December 22, 1989, and shared many wonderful years together filled with love and companionship. Carol and Tex especially loved traveling together and visited many memorable places including New Orleans, Hawaii, London, and Paris—adventures they cherished throughout their lives.
She was a devoted mother to her two sons, Chris and Robert Wiglesworth of Florida and step son William of Wyoming. Carol was also a proud and adoring grandmother to her granddaughter, Grace, who brought her great joy. Carol is survived by her brother, Larry Lovelace; her niece, Laurie Schott; and her nephew, Jeffrey Lovelace. She was preceded in death by her sister, Barbara Claunch.
Carol had a special love for animals and was rarely without a beloved pet resting in her lap. Her kindness, gentle spirit, and deep love for her family and animals will be remembered by all who knew her.No funeral or memorial service is immediately planned. The family will notify loved ones in the future when a service is scheduled.
