It is with profound sadness that we announce that Carol Ann (Collins) Adams, age 76, was called home by her Lord on October 12, 2025. She was born on July 28, 1949. She had nine siblings. She was preceded in death by her parents, Hubert W. and Ora Lee (Gross) Collins; her siblings, Troy Skeens (Joyce), Lewis (Susan) Chester Collins, and Imogene (David) Retherford; and her nephew, Tony Retherford.

Carol is survived by her siblings, Norma (Ron) Landen, Sharon (Richard) Deems, Lester (Ina) Collins, Paul Collins, and Wayne Terry Collins. She also leaves behind a dear friend, Genia Durham, numerous nieces and nephews, great-nieces and nephews, extended family, and precious friends.

The family would like to thank all the nursing staff and special aides who took great care of their dear Carol. Haley, Cheyenne, and Nicole, you all were very special to her.

Friends are cordially invited to a visitation with the family from 10:00 am until 12:00 pm, on  Thursday, October 23, 2025, at the Walker Funeral Home - Mt. Healthy, 7272 Hamilton Avenue , Mt. Healthy  (45231).   The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation,  beginning at 12:00 pm. Friends and family will gather to share memories, find solace in one another's company, and honor the legacy she leaves behind.

She will be laid to rest at Reading Cemetery, 200 West Columbia Ave, Reading, Ohio 45215.
