It is with deep sadness we announce the heavenly transition of Carmen Lee Kernall, age 68, of Forest Park , Ohio,  who entered eternal rest on Saturday, April 20, 2024, in Forest Park ,  Ohio.    She was born on November 23, 1955, in Detroit, Michigan.
