It is with profound sadness we announce the heavenly transition of Carlos Anthony Cook, age 67, of Cincinnati, Ohio,  who entered eternal rest on Monday, February 24, 2025, in Cincinnati,  Ohio.   He was born on Monday, February 10, 1958, in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Visitation is from 9:00 am until 10:00 am, on  Saturday, March 8, 2025, at the Walker Funeral Home - Mt. Healthy, 7272 Hamilton Avenue , Mt. Healthy  (45231).   The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 10:00 am. Friends and family will gather to share memories, find solace in one another's company, and honor the legacy he leaves behind.

Interment will follow at Landmark Memorial Gardens.
