It is with sadness we announce the heavenly transition of Mr. Carl  Wilbur  Carter, age 79, of Cincinnati, Ohio,  who entered eternal rest on Tuesday, July 11, 2023, in Cincinnati,  Ohio.   He was born on January 9, 1944, in Williamsburg, Ohio.

The family will observe private services.
