Carey LaVan Booker, age 69, of Cincinnati, passed away on Wednesday, March 4, 2020 in Cincinnati, Ohio.  He was born April 21, 1950 in Aflex, Pike County,  Kentucky.

Visitation is from 10:00 am until 11:00 am on Saturday, March 21, 2020 at the Walker Event Center, 3939 Reading Road (corner of Reading and Paddock), Cincinnati  (45229).   The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 11:00 am.

Interment will follow at Landmark Memorial Gardens, 1600 Glendale Milford Road, Cincinnati, 45215.
