Candice R. Couch, age 39, passed away on Friday, February 22, 2019, in West Chester, Ohio. She was born October 3, 1979, in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Visitation is from 11:00 am until noon, on Saturday, March 2, 2019, at the Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church, 40 Coral Avenue, Cincinnati  (45246). The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 12 noon.
