Calvin Lee Hill Sr. born in Cincinnati, Ohio on January 4th 1950 to the late Carl Sr and Ethel Hill passed away on November 20th 2024 at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Ft Thomas, Kentucky. He was the husband to Julia Hill which they shared a union of 55 years together. Calvin pursued many different occupations and learned many different trades before finding his home at Schwans Food Company were he worked for more than a decade before retiring in 2015.

If anyone knew Calvin they knew he truly was a GAMER the love he had for his video games and being able to play them were unmatched. He also had a great deal of love for politics, music and soaking up new ideas and knowledge to share with his family especially his grandkids.

Nothing compares to the love he had for his family. He was funny, charming and good hearted but however his lack of filter was what made Calvin who he was a good Dad, Husband, PawPaw and Uncle. He will be deeply missed.

He is preceded in death by his four brothers Carl Hill Jr, Alfred Hill,Ernest Hill, Stanley Hill Sr and  sister Doris Hill.

He leaves to cherish his memory his wife Julia Hill Son Calvin Hill Jr (Nichole Hill) Daughters Ebony Hill, Dallas Hill, Theresa Koontz and Katherine Koontz; 9 grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

The loss of a father is a sorrow that never fades, but his love leaves a memory that no one can steal. I am always with you.

Memorial service will be held at 12 noon on Saturday, November 30, 2024 at the Walker Funeral Home, 1129 Garrard Street, Covington, Kentucky 41011.
