Brian Vincent Billups, age 48, of Cincinnati, Ohio,  passed away on Sunday, July 25, 2021.  He was born June 29, 1973, in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Visitation is from 10:00 am until 11:00 am, on Sunday, August 1, 2021, at the Walker Funeral Home, 2625 Gilbert Avenue, Cincinnati  (45206).   The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 11:00 am.

In keeping with CDC Covid19 Guidelines, we encourage those who are not fully vaccinated to wear a mask.
