It is with deep sadness we announce the transition of Brenda Evaline Posey, age 79, of Cincinnati, Ohio,  who entered eternal rest on Wednesday, February 28, 2024, in Cincinnati,  Ohio.

Brenda Evaline Posey was born December 17, 1944, in Covington, KY to Frank Leon Clark and Mary Elizabeth Chapman. She was the oldest of six siblings. She was preceded in death by both parents Frank Leon Clark and Mary Chapman, her sisters Pamela Clark, Josephine Matthews, and one brother Robert Clark. Brenda Departed this earth on February 28, 2024.

Brenda confessed her faith in Christ at an early age. She was brought up in the Catholic Church. She enjoyed living life to the fullest all the while keeping God first.

Brenda leaves to cherish her memory 2 children Tammy Tubbs (Jeffery Tubbs) and Kathy Posey; 4 grandchildren: Pernell Phillips, Jeffrey Tubbs II, Daryl Stanton, and Sha'Deara Tubbs; 4 great-grandchildren Braylin Tubbs Baileigh Tubbs, Amari Phillips, and Jeffrey Tubbs III; 1 brother john Clark; 3 sisters Doris, Maryann and Penny and a host of nieces, nephews; and 2 close friends Rose and May.

During the hardest times of my life I could see only one set of footprints. So, I said "Lord" you promised me that you would walk with me always when I needed you the most you leave me. The "Lord" replied my precious child I love you and would never leave you. The time when you have seen only one set of footprints it was that then that I carried you home.

Gathering of family and friends is from 2:00 pm until 2:30 pm, on  Friday, March 15, 2024, at the Walker Funeral Home - Walnut Hills Chapel, 2625 Gilbert Avenue, Cincinnati  (45206).   The memorial service will immediately follow the gathering and will begin at 2:30 pm.
