Bobbie Palmer entered eternal rest July 24, 2013. Bobbie Jean Finnell Palmer was born June 10, 1959 in Covington KY and departed this life with family at her bedside July 23, 2013. She was the daughter of the late Robert Wayne Finnell and Margie l. Finnell. On May, 1980 she was united in marriage to William Anthony palmer SR. To this union was born two sons William Anthony palmer JR and Robert Wayne Finnell Palmer. Bobbie was a faithful and devoted wife, mother, daughter and sister. Bobbie accepted Christ as her personal savior at an early age uniting with first Baptist church of Elsmere, KY where she was a dedicated and loyal member. She completed her elementary education at Dorthory Howell in Elsmere, KY, And upon her graduation from Dixie heights high school in 1977. She attended Eastern University in Richmond, KY. She worked as a campus director for interactive collage in Florence, KY for 20 years. Bobbie leaves to cherish her memory her loving mother Margie l. Finnell, her sister Gwendolyn grace, her sons William Anthony palmer Jr., and Robert Wayne Finnell Palmer Sr., her daughter in laws whom she loved very much Amanda palmer, and Victoria palmer, her niece Tara Moore and her nephew Trooper Tarzza Williams. Bobbie also leaves many aunts, cousins and a host of other family members and friends. She loved family and family dearly loved her. Service 5:00 p.m., Monday, July 29 at First Baptist Church of Elsmere, 1009 Garvey Street, Elsmere, Kentucky .
