Billy Eugene Parrott Jr., age 64, passed away Saturday, June 20, 2015, in Pensacola, Florida. He was born June 10, 1951 in Harlan, Kentucky. Visitation is from 10:00 am until 11:00 am, on Thursday, July 2, 2015, at the Walker- Walnut Hills Chapel, 1025 E. McMillan Street , Cincinnati (45206).
