It is with sadness we announce the heavenly transition of Bill Ray Carter, age 67, of Hamilton, Ohio,  who entered eternal rest on Saturday, March 11, 2023, in Hamilton,  Ohio.   He was born on May 5, 1955, in Unknown, Indiana.
