Beverly Ann Phillips, age 59, passed away on Wednesday, August 29, 2018, in Fairfield,  Ohio.   She was born  February 14, 1959, in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Visitation is from 10:00 am until 11:00 am, on  Saturday, September 8, 2018, at the Walker Funeral Home - Mt. Healthy, 7272 Hamilton Avenue , Mt. Healthy  (45231).   The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 11:00 am.
