Beverly Ann Dent (McBride) born July 29, 1940 in Hillsboro, OHIO went home to be with our Lord on October 31, 2015. Beverly better known as Bev to her family and friends was a loving devoted mother to her children Nannette (Valencia Gowdy) Evans, Rodney (Nancy) Dent, and Tonya (Lester) Simmons. She was a dedicated grandmother to her grandchildren Antionette Dent, Rodney Dent Jr., Patience Key, Adam Key and dearly loved by her great grandchildren Curtis Jr., Coriaunna, Curmani Simpson who called her Pumpkin, Kamrien, Taariq, Aaleigha Key, Devon Shields, and Serenity Lambert. Being the only child Bev embraced and loved her brothers and sisters in-law, cared for all her nieces, nephews, and cousins who will miss her immensely. Awaiting her arrival home and proceeding her in passing, her mother Mildred Marie Newman and her father Raymond McBride. Beverly was a lively spirit always keeping a smile on her face as well as those around her. After working as an office manager at Haddon Hall Apartments for over 15 years, She retired wanting to spend more time traveling and enjoying her two favorite activities, playing bingo and gambling at the casinos. Most of all she loved spending time with her family whether out and about or playing a game of cards at the kitchen table. Laughter was a must in her presence. Bev, Mom, Grandma, Pumpkin you were an amazing woman, we all love you, and will miss your beautiful spirit. Fly high our angel and watch over all of us. Visitation is from 9:30 am until 11:00 am, on Saturday, November 14, 2015, at the Walker- Walnut Hills Chapel, 1025 E. McMillan Street , Cincinnati (45206).
