Betty Lou Allen, age 76, passed away on Saturday, October 22, 2016. She was born June 12, 1940, in Harlan, Kentucky. Visitation is from 2:00 pm until 3:00 pm, on Friday, October 28, 2016, at the Walker - Mt. Healthy Chapel , 7272 Hamilton Avenue , Mt. Healthy (45231).
