IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Bertha Jean
Starr
August 10, 1959 – December 26, 2022
Bertha Jean Starr August 10, 1959 - December 26, 2022
Bertha Starr was born on August 10, 1959 (Age 63) in Lawrenceburg, Indiana. She was a young girl when she moved to Ohio where she met her husband Cecil Starr Jr in 1972. They were married on August 2, 1975. A couple years later followed three children, 17 grandchildren, and 6 great-grandchildren.
One thing she devoted her life to was her husband and family. She made sure she was the best wife, mother, sister or grandmother she could be even in bad health while battling cancer for ten years. If anyone knew Bertha they knew it was Bert and Cecil always together. The true definition of love together since 12 til her final days.
Bertha touched so many people's lives. Always giving, feeding neighborhood kids and most of all the caring feeling you had when she was around. She loved to plant flowers, feed her little Hummingbirds outside, and everyone knew shopping. This was Bertha's world wrapped up in her family plus her fur babie's.
Bertha was preceded in death with her grandmother (Ophia Richerdson), grandfather (Geroge Couch), Mother (Mary Cobb), Father (Clay Ernest), Son (Cecil Starr III), Sisters (Edna Schultz, Carol Schultz, Marsha Schultz and Terry-lynn Schultz).
Survived by husband (Cecil Starr Jr), daughters (Cindy Starr, Misty Starr), Sister (Sophia Schultz), Brother (Dan Cobb).
Bertha Starr will be missed. She was a star in her children's eye's and that's all that mattered. They were her angels and now she's there's. God and her son needed her more. No more pain no more suffering is all that matters now she's dancing in the sky with granny and buzz.
