Bertha  Pack , age 78, passed away on Sunday, May 26, 2013, in Cincinnati, Ohio.  She was born  March 18, 1935, in Leatherwood,  Kentucky.

Visitation is from 10:00 am until 11:00 am, on  Friday, May 31, 2013, at the Whitewater Crossing Christian Center, 5771 Ohio State Route 128 , Cleves  (45002).   The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 11:00 am.

Interment will follow at Baltimore Pike Cemetery , 3200 Costello Avenue, Cincinnati, Ohio 45211.
