Bertha May Ivory was born July 13, 1951, in Panola, Alabama to the late Mr. Frank Lee Ivory, Sr. and Susie Lee Turner Ivory.  She confessed her life to Christ at an early age and joined Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church in Panola.  Bertha was educated in the North Sumpter County school system then later moved to Cincinnati, Ohio.  She worked at Cincinnati Children's Hospital until she retired.  The Lord called Bertha home on June 14, 2024. She will be truly missed by her family and loved ones. Bertha was preceded in death by her parents, Frank Lee Ivory, Sr. and Susie Lee Turner Ivory.  She leaves behind to cherish her memories:  her loving children Demetrius Ivory and Diondre Ivory of Cincinnati, Ohio; her significant other Ronnie Stallworth;  her siblings Frank Lee Ivory, Jr. (Jane), Tommie Ivey (Ronda), and Ruby Ivory Taylor all of Birmingham, Alabama; her fourteen (14) grandchildren;  great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.

Visitation is from 2:00 pm until 3:00 pm, on  Friday, July 19, 2024, at the Walker Event Center, 3939 Reading Road (Corner of Reading and Paddock), Cincinnati  (45229).   The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 3:00 pm. Friends and family will gather to share memories, find solace in one another's company, and honor the legacy she leaves behind.
