Bertha Marie Figgs October 28, 1955 - November 5, 2024.

On the morning of November 5, 2024, Bertha Marie Figgs ( aka Mert, Muffin) passed  away at home due to natural causes. Muffin had just turned 69 and was in good spirits. She is survived by her only son, Ladawne Figgs; two surviving siblings, Luis Figgs Jr., and Eric McNeil Figgs. Muffin also leaves behind four grandchildren, and one great grandchild whom she adored. Muffins legacy will continue on through beautiful memories. No funeral or memorial service is immediately planned.  The family will notify loved ones in the future when a service is scheduled.
