It is with deep sadness we announce the heavenly transition of Benny Ray Tarver, age 72, of Independence, Kentucky, who entered eternal rest on Sunday, January 14, 2024, in Cincinnati, Ohio. He was born on August 8, 1951, in Quanah, Texas.
