Benny Dwayne Dailey was born on July 28th 1965, the 10th child of the late Charlie A. and Vernice Dailey. On May 10th 2017, our little brother went on to an eternal rest. Benny was preceded in death by his youngest brother Charlie A Dailey Jr., maternal grandparents Roy and Viola Cunninghman, paternal grandparents Pat and Carlean Dailey. Benny was an avid construction worker and he loved to paint houses. He was precise and took such pride in his work. Benny was a very private person, extremely quiet, not to tall and small in stature and loved to be a loner. But now his soul is at REST, his mind is at PEACE and his body shall suffer no more. Although Uncle Benny never married nor had any children he shared an immeasurable amount of love for his many nieces and nephews. He shared a special bond with his nephews Damion Sr. (his riding partner) and A-Ron (his favorite side kick). Benny leaves behind to cherish his memories (5) sisters: Viola Howell, Effie, Barbara/Willie Washington, Beandera/Barry Smith and Retha; (5) brothers: Ronald/Gertrude, Donald, Pat, James and Charles all of Cincinnati OH. One special Aunt Mary Slade of San Mateo, CA., his long time childhood friend James (BO) Washington and a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces nephews, cousins and many friends. The sisters and brothers of Benny will also remember those special memories that we shared, the tears that we shed together and his little sayings like; "FO REAL THO" and the best one is "YOU FEEL ME". Benny yes we do. Visitation is from 9:00 am until 10:00 am, on Saturday, May 20, 2017, at the Walker- Walnut Hills Chapel, 1025 E. McMillan Street , Cincinnati (45206). The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 10:00 am. Interment will follow at Baltimore Pike Cemetery , 3200 Costello Avenue, Cincinnati, Ohio 45211.
