Benjamin Wayne Maidon, age 15, of Middletown, passed away on Tuesday, November 10, 2020.   He was born  April 20, 2005, in Hamilton, Ohio.

Visitation is from 10:00 am until 12 noon, on  Wednesday, November 18, 2020, at the Walker Funeral Home - Butler County, 532 S. Second Street, Hamilton  (45011).   The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 12 noon. Everyone attending must wear a mask and practice social distancing.

Interment will follow at Greenwood Cemetery, 1602 Greenwood, Hamilton, Ohio 45011.

In keeping with the Covid-19 Pandemic restrictions masks are required in order to enter  the service and social distancing must be practiced.  Please be prepared to comply for the safety of all.
