Obituary for Barbara Jean Stallworth Barbara Jean was born September 25, 1944 to the late Hazel Gore and Samuel Brannon in Cincinnati, Ohio. She was blessed with two children Brian Carl Gore and Valisha Renee Gore. She lived the life she wanted. She enjoyed taking trips with friends but she went on most of her trips with her sister in law Alma Gore. She also enjoyed spending time with her baby Derrius and her other grandchildren. She was always willing to help those in need. She often donated coats to local coat drives, bought school supplies for kids, and countless amounts of donations to St, Judes. Dedicating 48 years of time working in the O.R. for University Hospital she built many friendships along the way. Her spunk and attitude is what she was known best for, and that is what will she be truly missed for. She always found a way to make you laugh and was always there when you needed her. She will be terribly missed. She leaves to cherish her memory Brian Gore (son) Valisha "Renee" Gore (daughter), James N. Bailey (son in law), Aunt Loretta Griffin, 5 grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephew, great nieces, and great nephews. Long time friends Louise, Lanny, Nell, and many others. All of her brothers and sisters that preceded her in her death are missed as well. Larry, Donnie, and William "Dee-Dee" Gore, Lillian "Lil" Conway, and Mary Louise Robinson. Visitation is from 11:00 am until 12:00 pm, on Saturday, January 2, 2016, at the James Temple Church of God In Christ, 1116 Lincoln Avenue, Cincinnati (45206). The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 12:00 pm.
