Barbara Ann Mathis September 24, 1939 - December 16, 2022

It is with sadness we announce the heavenly transition of Barbara Ann Mathis , age 83, of Cincinnati, Ohio,  who entered eternal rest on Friday, December 16, 2022, in Cincinnati,  Ohio.   She was born on September 24, 1939, in Lafayette, Georgia.

Visitation is from 2:00 pm until 3:00 pm, on  Thursday, December 29, 2022, at the Walker Event Center, 3939 Reading Road (Corner of Reading and Paddock), Cincinnati  (45229).   The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 3:00 pm.

A second service will be held at Franklin-Strickland Funeral Home, 1724 McCallie Avenue, Chattanooga, Tennessee.

Interment will follow at Lakeside Memorial Gardens Chattanooga, Tennessee.

In keeping with CDC Covid19 Guidelines, we encourage those who are not fully vaccinated to wear a mask and practice social distancing.
