Barbara Cephas, age 83, passed away Monday, November 30, 2015, in Cincinnati, Ohio. She was born August 20, 1932, in Hazzard, Kentucky. Visitation is from 10:00 am until 11:00 am, on Wednesday, December 9, 2015, at the Walker Funeral Home - North Avondale, 3939 Reading Road , Cincinnati (45229). The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 11:00 am. Interment will follow Dayton National Cemetery in Dayton, Ohio.
