Artie Lumpkin, age 59, passed away on Friday, May 19, 2017 in Cincinnati, Ohio. He was born August 10, 1957, in Cincinnati, Ohio. Visitation is from 10:00 am until 11:00 am, on Friday, May 26, 2017, at the Walker Funeral Chapel-Mt. Healthy, 7272 Hamilton Avenue, Cincinnati (45231). The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 11:00 am. Interment will follow at Vine Street Hill Cemetery.
