Arthur Lee Smiley, age 82, passed away Thursday, April 14, 2016, in Cincinnati, Ohio. He was born June 22, 1933, in Selma, Alabama. Visitation is from 9:00 am until 10:00 am, on Saturday, April 23, 2016, at the Willing Spirit Baptist Church, 2012 Westwood Northern Blvd, Cincinnati (45225). The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 10:00 am. Interment will follow at Vine Street Cemetery in Cincinnati, Ohio.
