Arthur N. Ingram, age 66, passed away on Thursday, September 15, 2016 in Edgewood, Kentucky. He was born February 23, 1950, in Covington, Kentucky. Visitation is from 11:00 am until 12:00 pm, on Saturday, September 24, 2016, at the First Baptist Church of Elsmere, 1007 Garvey Avenue, Erlanger (41018).
