Arthur Birks, age 73, passed away Wednesday, March 21, 2018, in Cincinnati, Ohio. He was born July 12, 1944, in Cincinnati, Ohio. The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 3:00 pm. Interment will follow Walnut Hills Cemetery in Cincinnati, Ohio.
