Arma Lee Penland, age 81, passed away Tuesday, October 20, 2015, in Cincinnati, Ohio. She was born September 7, 1934, in Monroeville, Alabama. Visitation is from 5:00 pm until 6:00 pm, on Thursday, October 29, 2015, at the St. Joseph Catholic Church, 745 Ezzard Charles Drive, Cincinnati (45203). The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 6:00 pm. Interment will follow Spring Grove Cemetery in Cincinnati, Ohio. You may express online condolences at www.HerbWalker.com. Walker Funeral Home of Cincinnati is serving the Penland family.
