Anthony Mark Maxberry, better known as "Tony" was born on May 15, 1962. Tony was a proud husband to Renee Riley and a loving father to his two children Anthony Maxberry (affectionately known as "Boo") and Tamika Maxberry. Tony truly enjoyed all sorts of outdoor activities, such as fishing and camping, and was especially happy cooking on the grill. Tony would grill anything. He loved working with his hands and expressing himself through art, painting, and drawing. A dedicated worker, Tony put in long hours at Steel Craft building doors. He was also employed at the Stone Center for many years, where he built headstones and marble countertops. When it was time to unwind, Tony enjoyed watching football and drinking a few beers. He also loved watching old cowboy movies.

He was always quick to offer a helping hand to anyone in need, whether it was cutting their grass, moving furniture, or assisting with car repairs, earning him the well-known title of the neighborhood handyman. Throughout his life, Tony always expressed a deep belief in God, including a personal need and desire for salvation.

Tony was preceded in death by his (wife) Renee Riley; his (son) Tony Maxberry Jr.; his (daughter) Tamika Maxberry; and his (mother) Marilyn L Maxberry-Jones He is survived by his (father) James Felder (brother) Timothy Maxberry,

(brother) Theodore Maxberry, and (sister) Tina Johnson-Golden, along with 5 nephews and 2 nieces and cousins who were like brothers Chick, KeIth and Cle and a host of family and friends who will cherish his memory.

Friends are cordially invited to a visitation with the family from 2:00 pm until 3:00 pm, on Saturday, October 10, 2026, at the Walker Funeral Home - Walnut Hills Chapel, 2625 Gilbert Avenue, Cincinnati (45206). The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation, beginning at 3:00 pm. Friends and family will gather to share memories, find solace in one another's company, and honor the legacy he leaves behind.
