Obituary
Anthony D. Lowe, age 27, passed away March 28th 2013. He was born in Cincinnati, Ohio, on April 9, 1985. He leaves to mourn his Mother, Elizabeth Lowe, his sisters, Lawanda Lowe, Lucretia Haamid (Nashid), Mia Wagner (Ti Anthony Sr.), one Niece and seven nephews, and many other friends and family. Memorial Service 2:00 p.m., Friday, April 5 at Total Restoration Ministries, 1425 Niles Road, Fairfield, Ohio 45014.
